Q: Can I request a catalog?
A: Copies of the catalog are available free of charge in reasonable quantities. To have a catalog mailed to you, simply call 1-800-558-7768. You can also fill out the form provided here. To request multiple copies of our catalog, please call customer service.
Q: Is pricing available online?

Q: Can the net I need be made shorter or longer? Can the cable
or rope be made shorter or longer? Can I order a special sized
goal net?
A: Any of Carron’s manufactured nets can be customized to fit virtually any system, set up or application. Look for the “Made-to-Order” symbol on the website or call one of our knowledgeable staff at 1-800-558-7768 to find out more.
Q: Can I get my logo or lettering put on the volleyball headband?
A: Carron does offer digital, full color volleyball net headband imprinting for your company, school or organization. Click here to learn more. Some restrictions apply.
Q: Why Nylon?
A: Carron Net's custom netting and factory made stock items are constructed of 100% nylon. We have chosen nylon for a number of reasons, but mainly for its strength, elasticity and durability.
Nylon, on average, is twice as strong as the average polypropylene and 4-5 times stronger than natural fibers such as cotton. Nylon is also more rot and mold proof and has natural UV resistance. Both attributes are further enhanced by our Flexabar treatment. Polypropylene tends to deteriorate more rapidly in direct sunlight. Polyethylene nets (typically imported) are not intended for heavy use. Nylon's excellent abrasion resistance and shock absorbing properties are very conducive for sports netting. This provides the end user with years of use and a product we can be proud of.
Q: Are your nets weather treated or UV treated?
A: Nearly all Carron nets are manufactured using 100% nylon, one of the most inherently weather and UV resistant materials. Additionally, many nets including our volleyball nets, tennis nets, badminton nets, goal nets, batting cages, and barrier netting are treated using Flexabar for outstanding durability and longer life. The treatment adds superior weather resistance and is permanent . . . no rubbing off on floors, balls or equipment.
Q: Are your nets available fireproofed?
A: Nearly all Carron products are manufactured using 100% nylon, one of the most inherently fire resistant materials available. These products meet the National Fire Protection Association Standard 701 Small Scale Test 1989 in their natural state. As a result, additional flame treatment additives are not necessary. Q: What is the warranty on your products?
A: All Carron nets are inspected before they leave the factory and are warranted to be of good workmanship. As textile products, netting materials are subject to deterioration from the natural aging process, improper care and damage due to vandalism. All nets should be inspected for broken meshes or any other apparent weakness before every use. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face thereof, and the merchantability of all nets is subject to deterioration.
CLAIMS: Any claim regarding workmanship of materials must be filed within 30 days after date of shipment.
RETURNED GOODS: Please contact factory for prior authorization. Ship freight prepaid to Carron Net Company,
1623 – 17th St., Two Rivers, WI 54241. A restocking fee will apply for standard products. Please note that made-to-order nets are custom made to your specifications and as such are not eligible for return.

Q: Do you do installation?
A: Carron Net does not offer installation services. Many types of installations are quite simple and we can typically offer suggestions and guidance by phone or email. For more complex installations, we have a selected list of experienced installers in many areas across the country. Q: Can you replace the net that I purchased with my current system?
A: Carron can manufacture volleyball, tennis, and many more nets to your specification. Please call 1-800-558-7768 for more information.
Q: Can I have a net from another company repaired?
A: Unfortunately, Carron cannot guarantee that the construction of another manufacturer’s net will match our materials or workmanship and as a general rule, we do not repair products that are not of our manufacture. Q: I’d like to sell Carron products. How do I become a dealer? Can I sell your products on my website? Can I use a picture from your website?
